As our community starts to feel the impact of coronavirus, we feel it is
important to share with you what we are doing to help keep people safe
and healthy.

Pleased be advised we are following guidelines to ensure full compliance in
line with government directives.

As part of our protocol, our team have heightened their cleaning and
disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our
customers and team members. We have stringent cleaning controls already
in place and are now focusing with increased frequency on our furniture
and shared elements within the business.

We kindly ask that any customers who are not feeling well to refrain from
visiting. The same has been requested of our team members out of an
abundance of caution and prevention for all.

As the situation evolves, we may implement additional preventative
measures to ensure visitor and team member wellbeing, including staffing
or service modifications. We will communicate any necessary changes
accordingly.

Update 16/03/19

In light of the advances now with the Covid-19 virus we at 11a have taken the decision to amend our opening hours for the immediate future in an attempt to counteract the impact the virus is expected to have on local trading and our community.

As with immediate effect 11a will now be open :
Thursday to Saturday 10am to late
Sunday 10am to 6pm
Monday to Wednesday- Closed

*All reservations outside of the new opening times will be notified of the change

Despite the temporary shift in our opening times we remain ‘Business As Usual’ and positive in the hope that our fellow traders and the local trading community are supported during these unprecedented times.

challenging situation one day at a time and determine how best to
continue serving our community.
